Unexpected staff humor enhanced stay

Our stay was filled with warmth. the room was large and immaculate, with a great spa area. An unexpected sunshine on the terrace bar made for relaxing afternoons.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a lovely spa. The location is quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring you feel welcome. A convenient bus stop right in front makes travel easy. Breakfast had room for improvement, but the offerings were generally fresh and delicious.

The spa facilities were incredible, with a plunge pool and steam room that were so refreshing!

the garden area is ideal for relaxing and enjoying peace. the bedroom lacked air conditioning.

Staying a full 12 nights, the room felt excessively warm, and the small window provided limited ventilation, making sleep a struggle, despite the presence of noisy fans that didn't help. The dining experience had inconsistencies. for example, breakfast orders occasionally turned up late, and unforeseen charges for breakfast items made meals feel less straightforward. A lack of clarity on kitchen offerings led to some missed opportunities for enhanced service during meals.

Totally recommend for getting around area

Modern hotel, inviting atmosphere, where I enjoyed the sunny balcony in my spacious Single Room and appreciated the well-maintained facilities including the attractive indoor swimming pool and conveniently located bus stop right in front for easy travel throughout the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

the breakfast was a complete disaster, with cold plates and lackluster service that made me wonder if they just hired anyone off the street. I almost gave a good review but was let down when no manager bothered checking on guests, especially at these prices. Surely they could add fresh vegetables for breakfast instead of just grilled tomatoes. utterly disappointing.

It was just a perfect match for a passing visit in Saint Helier with outstanding value for money. The spa area was fantastic, offering plenty of beds both inside and outside to relax by. Make sure to book a spa room for the best experience.
